The hotel is located away from the tourist area with very little nearby, but it is conveniently close to Perugia's Centro. The staff, especially the very friendly Monia, gave us many good advises on what to visit and how to reach the town. The room was clean and the bathroom was well-maintained. The breakfast offered a wide choice of food. Additionally, the hotel had a cozy bar area where we could have a drink before or after going out.

There were some issues with the reception area and functions therein that need updating.
